Our Club meetings include a Brag session, a few minutes when we tell about the newest accomplishments of our dogs [and sometimes our kids!]. Those brags are posted here to share with all.

Flyball
1/2009 - Judy Schevene - flyball team Fast Traxx took 1st place for best animal entry in the Christmas
Lites parade in December. They will co-host Wags for Wishes, and have a flyball tournament
in Glendale, AZ, 1/17-1/18
2/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx was 3rd on Sat and 1st Sun at Wags for Wishes
4/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx went to Ramona March 2009, took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The oldest
handler there was 72 yrs old & had 2 perfect starts.
6/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx went to Ramona. At the Lickity Splits tournament 5/23, they won 1st &
2nd. On 5/24 they won 3rd & 6th. This was also the debut of Echo, a 3yr old Belgian Malinois.
Charger turned 7 yrs, Annie 12 yrs this month.
8/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx won in Bishop.
12/2009 - Judy S - Fast Traxx went to Pomona & won 3rd and 4th
Agility
4/2009 - New agility equipment has been ordered
5/2009 - New equipment received! Some new jumps and a tunnel, competition quality.
Rally
1/2009 - Jackie Toth - Bliz and Boobue both titled in Rally Novice A
3/2009 - Paula Bensel - Gomez finished in Rally at Wags for Wishes
Karen Barcklay - Cookie won overall in Rally at the YKC B/OB match
8/2009 - Paula B. - Irish Wolfhound Cleo was 3rd in Rally in Flagstaff, and received her CGC
12/2009 - Paula B. - Cleo won her Rally title
Jackie T. - her dog took 3rd in Rally, also won his title
Karen B. 's dog Buck won his Rally title
Therapy/CGC
2/2009 - Bill Mowczko's dog Rocky received Therapy Dog certification through Love on a Leash.
2/2009 - Judy S. - her dog Nick received his CGC at Pet Expo.

1/2009 - Cookie Wagter - she and Arwen have jogged 1150 miles
2/2009 - Loma Clark & Judy Tuttle have transported 200 dogs in 11 mos for HSOY
2/2009 - Karen B. has a new house
3/2009 - Judy S. - 10 mos cancer free! She has 2 family birthdays this month
4/2009 - Brooke & Randy's son Grayson Alexander was born 4/18/09
5/2009 - Cookie & dog Dallas did the Special Olympics Torch Run; she & the dogs have run 1300 miles
5/2009 - Loma transported 83 animals last month, to rescues or Phoenix shelters - total now over 300
5/2009 - Judy S. - Millie her cat just turned 15 yrs. Dog Luna turns 10 yrs this month.
10/2009 - Karen B. was presented a placque for the Club from HSOY for our "Excavator" donation
