Our Club meetings include a Brag session, a few minutes when we tell about the newest accomplishments of our dogs [and sometimes our kids!]. Those brags are posted here to share with all.

1/3/12 - Kiley Cabrera bragged Argonne is now a Certified Therapy
Dog and Belle is on her way. She also reported she is moving to
Tucson but plans on staying active w/ the Club
Paula Bensel bragged Love on a Leash entered the Light Parade and
their float won $100 which was donated to Paws for Pantry.

3/1/11 - Kiley bragged her Standard Poodle, Belle got 1st in class at the Phoenix show.
Paula bragged her Irish Wolfhound, Cleo came in 2nd out of 8, Novice A
with a 93 out of 100 in Del Mar.
Other
10/4/11 - Paula Bensel's Toy Poodle, CI, went into the Off Leash Ring in Prescott
and ½ way through the course decided he was done and ran to Daddy on the
side lines...on Sunday CI had 2 more to go to finish the run and decided it was
time to get in Daddy's lap again...
Judy Schevene bragged that Annie her black lab just turned 14 and her Lab mix
Charger turned 9.
9/13/11 - Paula Bensel's Toy Poodle, CI received his Novice and his Off Leash title
in Rally. He also received his Canine Good Citizen Certification in Flagstaff.
Kiley Cabrera's Standard Poodle Aragon received his Canine Good Citizen
Certification AND has been approved as a Service Dog.
Edie Sturdivant bragged she has adopted a Golden and his name is Cooper!
4/5/11 - Paula Bensel is now President of “Love on a Leash”.
3/1/11 - Bill Mowczko bragged that his poodle Coco was 1 year old today! She was there
all dressed up with a bow on!
1/4/11 - congrats to the new year's officers!
- Pauline Weiland will be helping her daughter move to Virgina.
Along the way they will be picking up her new rescue schipperke puppy.
Agility
4/5/11 - Vicki Previtte bragged her cocker was at a class at Cookie's house and
had never had any Agility training and went right to the teeter totter
without any problems.
Flyball
10/4/11 - Judy Schevene bragged that Fast Traxx went to Hurricane, Utah and took 1st
and 3rd place. In Ramona, California they took 1st and 4th. Luna received a plaque
for 20,000 points and a pin honoring TFEFC.
4/5/11 - Judy Schevene bragged Fast Traxx went to Ramona and placed 2nd.
3/1/11 - Judy bragged that “Razzy” was 11 years old and Fast Track was rained out in Ramona.
6/7/11 - Judy bragged that Fast Traxx rec'd 3th and 4th place at the Rockin the Rocc
Tournament. It was also the debut of chocolate Lab Cocoa, and her Luna at age 12 has
reached 20,000 points!
2010 Meeting Brags:
Flyball
2/2010 - Judy Schevene - Fast Traxx went to Stampede. They went belly up on Saturday but
won 1st place on Sunday.
4/2010 - Judy Schevene - Fast Traxx competed in Ramona and placed in their division.
10/2010 - Judy Schevene reported that Fast Traxx went to Dogtoberfest in Ramona. They had a
pickup team, and debuted three new handlers.

2/2010 - Saddles of Joy was 1st in the light parade.
4/2010 - Judy Schevene - 3 more months cancer free!
- Brooke - officially an aunt today...it's a boy!
- Paula Bensel - Cleo is now certified as a service dog. She will be a big help
to Paula whose physical condition requires her to need help.
5/2010 - Grayson's birthday is this month: on May 18th he will be 1 year old.
- Paula Bensel became a grandma!!!!!
7/2010 - Bill Mowczko - he and his wife recently adopted a new puppy - three month old Coco.
- Edie Sturdivant - had a wonderful time in Ocean Beach with her two golden
retrievers. Stayed at a place named Ocean Villa which is a dog friendly hotel near a
dog friendly beach. Highly recommended by Edie.
- "Emmy", one of Judy Schevene's dogs, turned 13 years old this month.
9/2010 - Cookie & canine family just ran their 2000th mile; her parents just celebrated their
60th wedding anniversary!
- Judy Schevene's dog Sally just turned 15 years of age
10/2010 - Judy Schevene's dog Mick just turned 10 years old.
Nov 2010 - we were sorry to hear that Judy Schevene lost her dog Sally this month
- Fast Traxx went to Utah with pickup teams.
- Paula Bensel has a new [POODLE] puppy, named "Cousin It".
- Kiley Cabrera recently acquired a new standard poodle puppy.
2009 Meeting Brags:
Flyball
1/2009 - Judy Schevene - flyball team Fast Traxx took 1st place for best animal entry
in the Christmas Lites parade in December. They will co-host Wags for
Wishes, and have a flyball tournament in Glendale, AZ, 1/17-1/18
2/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx was 3rd on Sat and 1st Sun at Wags for Wishes
4/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx went to Ramona March 2009, took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
The oldest handler there was 72 yrs old & had 2 perfect starts.
6/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx went to Ramona. At the Lickity Splits tournament 5/23, they
won 1st & 2nd. On 5/24 they won 3rd & 6th. This was also the debut of Echo, a
3yr old Belgian Malinois. Charger turned 7 yrs, Annie 12 yrs this month.
8/2009 - Judy S. - Fast Traxx won in Bishop.
12/2009 - Judy S - Fast Traxx went to Pomona & won 3rd and 4th

5/2009 - New equipment received! Some new jumps and a tunnel, competition quality.

3/2009 - Paula Bensel - Gomez finished in Rally at Wags for Wishes

8/2009 - Paula B. - Irish Wolfhound Cleo was 3rd in Rally in Flagstaff, and received her CGC
